The trails are in good to fair condition with some low spots in the fields and in wind blown areas. The closer to Island Falls the more snow there is. Our groomers have been out and we are waiting more snow to be able to do more. The less traveled trails are the best.

Let us know when the "BIG" well needed storm hits. Looks like something will be moving through later in the week but we'll see what that amounts to.

I am hoping that turns into the BIG ONE that we really need. We need more before the Poker Run on the 24th of Feb.

There are 4-5 more inches since the last time. So grooming is ongoing.

I plan on riding saturday. I think you would have a good ride. If there are some local trail maps out grab one and try some of our local trails. They will be in much better shape than ITS 83. One fun ride is to head south to Benedicta and follow 81 south to Macwahoc/Molunkus then swing east and in Macwahoc swing back north towards Sherman/Linneus trails. Its a great loop of about 100 trail miles. Or head west out of Sherman and do the ITS 85 loop up to Matagamon and then back around south through Shin Pond/Patten/Sherman. Thats a good long run too.
