The Unity Snowdusters are hosting our annual Chicken BBQ with Dave's Special Sauce at our Clubhouse on the Fisher Road. This year it appears as though some folks will be able to ride right to the Clubhouse (unlike last year) although we (like everyone else) would love a few more inches to smooth out the bumps.

The BBQ starts around 11:30 a.m. and runs until 1:30 p.m. or until the chicken runs out (which is quite common). Proceeds benefit the Pine Tree Camp. For more info: 948-3232 or 948-2910.

Yeah, so much for the four years in college majoring in Communications with a concentration in Journalism, eh?

The date is this Sunday -- February 11th.

OK, next question. Are you going to be there Jake? Do you have any GPS coordinates to the place?

Uh . . . that's two questions, Rick. :D

1) Yes . . . I will be there at some point. I usually help out since it's my Club, but my brother-in-law from CT is coming up so I probably won't be around to help out much this year. I will however make a point to stop off at some point and buy up a dinner since the chicken is really good.

2) No . . . I don't have any GPS coords for the Clubhouse, but the Clubhouse is right off the nearby ITS trail and should be well marked for the day. It's located off the Fisher Road in Unity which is close to Chase Toys (a Skidoo dealer).

Oh yeah . . . also I made a mistake. The BBQ starts at 11 a.m.
