I will try to explain this in real simple terms. First you have to make sure that the forum on this site you are posting to allows images posted in it. You can do this by going into the forum you are going to post to and scrolling down to the bottom of the page and and on the left side you will see a box called POSTING RULES. In this box if it says "IMG" code On, then that means you can post images in the body of your message.
To do this you have to have the image that you want posted already located somewhere else on the Internet.
First go out on the Internet and find that image.
Once you are looking at the image position your mouse over the image and right click your mouse and a menu will appear.
Click PROPERTIES in the menu. and then there is says Address URL there should be an address to the right of that.
Left click your mouse in in front of the address and hold the button down and drag the mouse to the end of the address.
Now let go of the left mouse button. The address should now be highlighted.
Now position you mouse over the highlighted area and right click you mouse and in the menu that come up click copy.
Now go to the message you want to put the picture in and when you are in the area of the message where you want the image to appear click on the image button that is displayed above the message area and when the box appears then paste the url that you just copied into the box and then click OK.
This should put the image in the message.
