I think this is definitely better than those quads for 4 tracks... Curious if states allow these to be registered as snowmobiles or not... It's basically the same setup as an elite. With the winter we've been having here on the East Coast I think that'd be a great option... as long as there are some casters on those skis for when you hit the bare ground. LOL.

I sure wouldnt mind owning one of those... Out of all the atv/sled concepts I've seen, that looks like the best built one yet

Yeah I think it'd be pretty fun to have expecially after we move to Kennebunk.. Have that to bang around the house in the winter and keep the sled for riding in Rangeley :-D

from other topics ive seen on these things you cant ride them on the trails unless you register them as snowmobiles (not sure how that works)

moving anytime soon or is it a future plan? my parents have land in stetson me (newport area) and they are planning to start building a camp this spring but its going to be a while since its only me and my father that will be building it it will depend how often we can get up there to work on it eventually it will be a permenant residence though

Do you fish? Decent Striper fishing in that area. Ask Bush. Usually I take the wife and kid now kids up there in the summer and they sit on the beach and I fish in the estuaries and jetties.

So that's why we're shooting for the fall of 09 as the latest we can move up there.

First time i ever went was a couple years ago... But that was up in Rangeley on my father in laws boat. Haven't done much outside of that... May consider it once i'm living up there..... we'll see how much time I have and if that's a hobby I wish to take up :-D When i'm up in rangeley I definitely enjoy sitting out on the boat trolling.

what do I need to buy a boat for... you're dad has one... LMAO... and he was talking about local fishing in the estuaries and jetties. Might be fun to do some of that stuff.... or maybe even on a kayak.... Man I never thought i'd say anything like that when I was younger LOL

OK, and why did you need to buy a sled? Considering that your parents bought you one a couple years ago and it's sitting completely unused at your parents house in NH? Oh, that's right you didn't like having to share. So let me repeat NO BOAT....not even if you get tired of my dad telling you which lures to use and pretty much only letting you steer and look at his nifty fish finder, lol.

Ask my dad how much he has spent on gear over the years...you can't just have one pole and reel....oh no, you have to have salt water gear and fresh water gear...oh, don't forget the fly fishing gear or the icefishing gear! Better yet, ask my MOM how much my dad has spent on fishing gear over the years and watch her head explode, lol.

Dude, it would be cheaper for me to take up collecting diamonds...and if I hear one more word about a new hobby for you, that's EXACTLY what I'll do, lmao.

Hey i said i'd consider it... not that it'd happen LMAO. Gotta see how much free time I have. At my current rate of minimal free time I doubt it would happen. I rather get a couple quads like above and find some trails for us to hit in the summer time. Of couse we gotta get a set of wheels for them as well :-D
