Then you'd be wishing you had a long track sled LMAO. I would love to just take 1 trip out into the steep n deep country but then I would never want to go back to trails :dunno:

I do!!! I do!!! Hell right now i just wanna go anyplace there is some quality riding... The 12th isn't coming fast enough!!! I'm hoping that's not my only serious trip this winter... But not sure when else i'll be able to squeeze in another ride... The end of the season is coming and it's coming fast :-(

I would love to just take 1 trip out into the steep n deep country but then I would never want to go back to trails :dunno:LMAO... well i dunno on that one. I haven't really ridden a short track much but the one trip i did get on it, I really liked the lighteness of it. I maybe tempted to put larger paddels on a short track... but that would work out pretty well.

well we're moving north in a few years... well... slightly north. Going to be moving to Kennebunk, ME in 09.... so just over an hour north of here. Not really far enough north where I can ride from home, but closer to Rangeley so it's only a short trip instead of a long haul like it is now. :-D

oh really where abouts?? We lucked out and got some land from my wifes grandfather. :-D I wouldn't mind moving up there as soon as we could get a house built but by moving north we also realize that the wife would take a pay cut and we're shooting to reduce dept as much as possible before the move.... But we definitely want to be up there before the little guy is ready to start schooling.

Well we are always looking in Northern NH. Like yourslef it is the paycuts and getting the job I want that is keeping us here for now. I do know I want out of this state. I just love the ocean also so it is difficult to leave.

well head to Maine... lmao.. That would put you furhter north and closer to the ocean. LMAO. We'll actually be only a couple miles from the ocean once we move to Kennebunk. I used to love the ocean when I was younger.... Now i'm def. into more of the wilderness.

The only problem with the ocean in Maine is the temps and the fish are small. Except the sharks which I don't go after. Actually my wife and I go to Wells almost once a week in the summer. Can't wait to get the newborn up to the beach.

Day trips we go to Wells right by the harbor. . It is only an hour away and we like the beach and people. Lots of families and the water is warmer than NH. Fishing beaches for me are down the cape and Rhode Island.
