Little short notice but for all you guys and gals that are not heading north on Saturday the 11th you are invited to come to my place in Walpole NH for a Bon-Fire... Gonna start buring around 3:30 or 4:00 and it will be a pot luck so if you want to stop by bring a dish, or some burgers and hot dogs even sausages... Direction (the direction are from Keene NH) for anyone that maybe interested:

First off here is my phone number (603)756-3089 if anyone has any question call...

Take Rt 12 north (off Rt 101/Rt9) go 15+ miles (you will be in Walpole) there will be a blinking yellow light over Rt 12 (sign on the side of the rado says Walpole Business Distrct)... Take that right at the blinking light onto South St. (if you get to the very long bridge that crosses over to Vermont while you are on Rt12 you have gone 1/2 mile to far turn around at the bridge and go back 1/2 mile to south st.) go up South St to the stop sign (about 2 or 3 tenths of a mile)... At stop sign go straight across onto Prospect Hill go all the way to the top of the hill (about 3/4+ mile) and at the top there is a farly sharp bend in the road and just past there the road splits (there are ponds on both sides f the road) take a left onto Maple Grove Rd. you will go about 3/4 + miles on this road (road goes up hill and curves to the right)... Then you will get to another fork/intersection (Tole's Automotive is in the middle of it) stay to the left there and go just past the building and it forks again stay to the right (you will be on March Hill Rd at that point)... Go just about 2 miles all up hill on March Hill Rd and my house is on the right 418 just as you start down hill... White Ranch with green shutters and a huge addtion being built... Total aprox. miles from Keene is about 23 this way...

Ok another option from Keene take Rt 12north and then take Rt 12 A exit go to the end of the ramp and take a right... About 1/2+ mile there is a traffic light and go go straight through the light (12A to Surry)... You will go about 9+ miles and start looking for Walpole Valley Road on your left... Take a left onto Walpole Valley Rd and go to the very top of the hill (about 1 1/2 miles)... March Hill Rd is the Second ROAD on you left McCain Rd is the first (they are the only 2 roads on that section of Walpole Valley Rd)... Take March Hill Rd and go about 1 1/4 miles you will go down a small hill and then back up to the other side my house is on your Left 418 March Hill Rd Just past the power lines... Total miles aprox from Keene is 15 this way ... A little narrower roads though...

If you are coming in from Concord take the Rt 12 north right off Rt 9. and follow either set of direction...

Anyone need direction from any other Location??? Let me know either by calling (603)756-3089 posting or emailing me at polaris800classic@yahoo.com...

Not a prblem Eric... I just figured I would post it that way if there where a few people that weren't riding and they wanted something to do it would be an option for them... Have a great trip and do a few miles for me LOL... As of now it looks like my season is over :-( but I'm not ready to throw in towel yet... Still have a couple more weekends off and gonna try to do something the weekend of the 18th...

well hopefully you can find some riding... Looks like Tynan found some spots in MA someplace.... So there is still some snow to be had. Also heard that Pittsburge, NH got 8" of powder last night... Hopefully some of that made it's way into Rangeley as well :-D
