All trails in the Rockabema system are groomed and should be good riding.
ITS 81 from Sherman Station, north to Patten, and up to Shin Pond was groomed friday night.
81/85 from Shin Pond north, up the Snowshoe road to the Camp Violet road is flat as a flounder and shouild be good riding.
Please note; there is heavy logging on about 2 miles of this trail, so SLOW DOWN and give logging trucks the right of way.
ITS connector 112 east, from Patten, towards Island Falls is groomed and ready.
Club trail 62 from ITS 112 to ITS 81/85 north of Shin Pond is groomed, with logging roads on both sides of route 11.
Note; riders continuing north from 62 and Smoki-Haulers trail 114 from Oakfield, will have to travel south on the Lane Brook road to make the 81/85 connection.
NO SNOWMOBILES ON THE WEEKS BROOK ROAD.
ITS 112 west (Big Sebois connector)from Patten to ITS 85 is, as always, well groomed.
Note; There is a logging operation at the 112/85A junction. Watch for logging equipment and wait for operators to signal when it's safe to pass.
ITS 85 from just east of Whetstone crossing to Big Sebois Bridge was groomed friday night and will be done again saturday night.
ITS 85A from ITS 83 to Big Sebois bridge was groomed friday night and is in real good shape.
The upcoming vacation week will bring a lot of traffic as well as more grooming. Please be on the lookout for wide grooming equipment ANY TIME. 24/7.
This equipment is very good at laying down a trail, but at times, can be hard to manuever so when encountering any maintenance equipment on the trails please stop and wait for the operator to signal you to pass.
Any comments, questions or concerns, give me a call at 207-528-2924.
Ride on!
