I gotta say this is pretty messed up. The driver gets one year in prison for killing someone while DUI!

Yeah and there is a thread over on HCS about a kid that got hit by a drunk sledder on Rangeley Lake. Broke his leg and totalled his sled.

yeah i saw that thread as well. It's crazy how many ppl go out and have way too much to drink then go riding. And not just riding but zipping across a lake a full speed or driving recklessly on the trails. Not good at all!
