I can't seem to be able to use the quick reply function. When I click it i don't get a cursor. My problem or site problem?

You have to click the icon to the left of the QUOTE option to use it. I am going to have to fix that later so you do not have to click anything at all, but I am running late for work and do not have time right now.

I fixed it so that the quick reply should work now.
